- They share their bank / UPI details or community account details with you.
- You transfer the amount directly from your bank to their account.
- Optionally, you or the Sangam can update the status with your local community records.
Use it to find people or groups to support, but always transfer money directly, outside the website.

- Use the Donor Search / Sangam Search to discover groups you wish to support.
Step 2: Connect Directly
- Call or email the person/Sangam using the contact details shown.
- Verify the details, understand the purpose (medical, education, marriage, emergency, etc.).
Step 3: Get Bank / UPI Details
- Ask for bank account name, number, IFSC or verified UPI ID.
- If donating to a group/Sangam, request the official community account details.
Step 4: Transfer Directly from Your Bank
- Use your net banking, UPI app, or visit your bank branch to make the transfer.
- Keep a screenshot or receipt for your records.
Step 5: Confirm & Follow Up
- Inform the receiver once payment is done.
- Where possible, ask for a simple acknowledgement or receipt (especially for group/community donations).
